YOuth/Adults BOXING TRAINING
The Youth and Adults (13 years and over) class is available from 7 to 8 pm Monday thru Thursday. In this group class different drills are utilized to gain conditioning, strength, and coordination. The boxing fundamentals are taught and practiced daily and as the athlete improves they transitioned to actual sparring.
This time frame also includes the fight team so expect a lot of ability to learn from more experienced fighters.
